KingFishKoffin Products has developed a fish preservation system and cooler dedicated to kayak sports. Our bags are hand-made with high gloss heavy-duty UV-resistant, easy to clean white vinyl. The bags are double stitched, insulated with space-age foam and utilizes a heavy-duty non-corrosive zipper pull. Its unique pie-shaped design conforms to any kayak shape and sports tie down straps on all sides. The bag can be used inside the hull or on deck and is low profile when not in use. Great for fish, food, and drinks using bagged ice, frozen bottles or refreezable ice paks.

About  KingfishKoffin

KingfishKoffin, Inc. is a small business located in Sarasota, Florida. It is owned and operated by its founder, Joe Super. Born in northern New Jersey, Joe's love for fishing began as a young boy while fishing freshwater lakes and streams with his Uncle Bill. In 1976 when Joe was only ten years old, his family left New Jersey and made their home in Sarasota, Florida. This new and rich fishing environment launched Joe into what would be a life's ambition of saltwater angling.
As a teenager Joe made extra money doing construction work on many custom beachfront homes that dot the white sands on Siesta and Longboat Keys. But his attention often drifted out to the clear blue waters of the Gulf teeming with fish just several yards away. After work Joe would spend every spare moment perfecting his wide range of fishing skills.

Today Joe owns a successful decorative concrete business in Sarasota. His work often takes him back to those beautiful beachfront mansions he worked on years earlier. But when Joe now looks out to sea he sees a very complex environment that encompasses tides, wind, currents, temperature and numerous other parameters that are part of the pro angler lexicon.

When Joe began fishing the SKA competition tour he soon realized that maintaining the weight of your catch is most important. He carefully studied the weigh-ins and observed that only ounces separated the winners from the losers. After using the various fish preservation bags then on the market, Joe decided to design his own custom-made bag. The old adage that "necessity is the mother of invention" proves quite true.

Joe's new custom bag soon attracted the attention of other pro anglers on the tour who wanted a bag of their own. They recognized that the quality and utility of this product surpassed the competition. Seeing this demand, Joe invented a unique name, designed a logo, hired artisan seamstresses, and launched KingfishKoffin.

KingfishKoffin now offers new companion products for sportfishing enthusiasts that are manufactured with the same attention to quality workmanship and materials. This webpage is the next phase in providing this product line to all anglers.

I am very proud and honored to tell you about KingfishKoffin and its founder, my nephew, Joe Super.

Uncle Bill
