Long time fishing enthusiast from age 6.  Never met a fish I didn't like catching.  Currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada for the past 30+ years, guess I like it here.  The local fishing areas of Lake Mead and Mojave offer up Striped Bass, Catfish, an occassional Largemouth as well as Carp and other species.  If I get really adventureous there is always a weekend trip out to the Left Coast for some Pacific Ocean action and a host of other waters.  I have more experience in fishing off of the bank here but am looking to change that with a Kayak.  I have been out in all sorts of motor craft as well as Canoes courtesy of friends but like the idea of "going Green" in my own pursuits with a human powered vessel.
