I have fished most of my life. Usually along creeks and rivers,  and a pond every now and again. Due to a heart transplant and a bout with cancer, I find that I can no longer run around in the hills, and hike into the areas I used to. When I was recovering , my main thoughts were to get fishing again when I got better. Well, I made it.

I bought a Wilderness Systems Ride 115. I need a stable platform to fish from and the Ride seems to be exactly what I was looking for. It's a little on the heavy side, but the swap off is well worth it for me.

 It's a new way of fishing for me, allot to learn and allot of fun.

I'm glad I'm still here to learn new things.
