Very stable boat, but sometimes I wish I had something shorter to navigate the narrow tidal creeks along the coast. But at 15 feet, this thing handles the ocean as well as the bay or river. That added length also keeps you relatively straight when paddling, unless there's a stiff cross wind. Overall, solid for fishing as there is plenty of room on board.

I don't understand why this boat never seemed to catch on. I have this boat and absolutely love it. It handles very well, has awesome stability, and for what you get really isn't all that heavy. I feel like this was a well thought out boat straight from Perception. When you add your personal rigging I just haven't seen anything that I like better yet. The ONLY downside that I have found is the small center hatch, but even then it isn't too bad if you plan for what you have. I would really like to see Perception reintroduce this boat and market it this time!!!
