Model Specific Mount Universal Mount
Some of the mounts are model specific. This applies to units that have a specific base or need a holder (handheld GPS). The rest use the univeral mount. Both types are available using a 1" or 1.5" ball systems. For most kayak applications the 1" is fine but for larger units one should consider the 1.5".

Scotty calls this unit their triple rod mount, however you don't have to put 3 rod holders on it. You can put any Scotty accessory. Many will want to put a fish finder in the middle. Also it can be used with any Scotty Base.

Sea Sucker is a Florida-based designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of kick-ass marine accessories, bike racks and board racks for cars, and small electronics mounts for holding iPads, iPhones and similar gadgets. Their products are built around a mount with an integrated pump that creates a vacuum. The 4.5" model is rated to pull up to 120 pounds, while the 6 inch model is rated to pull up to 210 pounds. Attaching to a surface, including the textured surfaces common on kayaks, is as simple as pumping the plunger in the mount. In addition to creating a vacuum the plunger acts like a check valve, so when there is enough vacuum pressure in the mount, the plunger is depressed and the orange band is no longer visible. On top of the mounts are two slotted holes for back-plating accessories or mounting hardware and one center stainless steel insert for mounting anything with a standard ¼-20 machine screw. All metal parts are high grade stainless steel, even the springs inside our pump, for extra durability in the saltwater environment. The options are endless for customizing your fishing kayak.
