Opportunity of a Lifetime Panama !! Home to some of the best sportfishing on the planet. The Pacific coast, already known in sportfishing circles worldwide as a destination for giant everything. Black marlin, yellowfin tuna, popper roosterfish, cubera snapper, amberjack and many more. The Carribean coast! Untapped, unexplored remote rivers and mangrove systems. Tales of huge tarpon, snook and other species. Would you like to be part of this Adventure? Imagine if you will. Being able to access by kayak and support vessel the previously inaccessible. Be the first kayak fisherman to hook and land a giant 300lb yellowfin. These same areas hold abundant numbers of black marlin.Conjure up in your mind pioneer exploration of the wild and remote rivers of the Carribean coast. Imagine a mobile operation able to access these areas at the right times of the year. Travel as the seasons and weather dictate. Currently we have identified the vessel to support this adventure. A 26ft trailerised Topaz sportfisher. With the addition of racks to support four kayaks, this vessel is the ideal vessel to access the fishing. The boat is registered in Panama with all paperwork in order. Title is free and clear with appropriate licences in place. We are looking for expressions of interest to invest in this adventure. We are seeking a maximum of 4 investors to make this work. A timeshare if you will. We are offering 8 week long slots to the investors exclusively per year during the primetime of season and moon phases. E.G. 4 investors @ 2 weeks per year or 2 investors @ 4 weeks per year. These periods can be used at investor discretion. To protect your investment we propose to set up a small company registered here in Panama. We envisage in the 1st two years of operation the investing parties will be able to fish at cost only. Any monies received from full paying charters will go back into the company to offset cost. We envisage by the 3rd year to be able to turn a modest profit through paying charters enabling the investors to offset their costs. This will return the initial investment allowing the investors to still retain voting rights and remaining shareholding in the company. The investors at all times will have priority on primetime fishing periods.
This will be a professional run and maintained operation. New Zealander Tim Hetherington will be heading this operation. 30 years of owning, managing and maintaining fishing operations throughout the remote regions of the Sth & Nth Pacific and Central America, he is no stranger to the A-Z logistics involved in this type of venture. You will be in good hands. We anticipate the longterm adventure to mature between 3 & 5 years. So come on, and be part of this fun filled adventure of a lifetime.
